e-Filing 3.0 was implemented in the High Court of Manipur on
21-11-2022. e-Filing has been made mandatory w.e.f. 01-03-2023 for filing of fresh cases in the High Court of Manipur and it is to be done on the e-filing portal.
For the convenience of learned Advocates and party in persons, the facility of scanning and e-Filing has been made available at the e-Sewa Kendra counter and Help Desk counter for e-Filing in the High Court of Manipur.
Training regarding e-Filing has also been imparted to the learned Advocates.
As part of Phase-II of the e-Courts project, 39 District Courts were equipped with the necessary equipment for video conferencing. The equipment included All-in-One computers, webcams, UPS, microphones, and televisions. The High Court has taken funds from the State Government for implementing hybrid hearing project in the District Courts.
The State Government has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 13,36,88,249/- only for the implementation of hybrid functioning in the 41(forty one) District Courts. The allocated funds will be utilized to purchase various components for each court.

The GeM Bid for this project has already been awarded to L1 bidder and it is expected that the installation will be completed in all the Courts of the State before 31st March 2024.
