Help Desk for redressing technical grievance for the District Courts

 

  • The complaint can be registered online through the website or by call
  • As soon as the complaint is received, the system officer will be assigned to deal with the complaint in a time-bound manner.
  • The system officer needs to update the status of the complaint within two working days in the online portal.
  • If the complaint is not resolved within a week, the system officer should inform the central project coordinator and the system analyst.
  • The system officer is required to update the ticket on the website as soon as the complaint has been resolved
